ANNUAL DISTRICT GOVERNOR'S VISIT

One of the duties of district governors is to make an official visit to all Rotary clubs in their district during their year in office.  Governor Mike Blevins visited the Norman Cross Timbers RC on October 4th.  Governor Mike  addressed the club as our program speaker.  After the regular meeting, he met with the current club officers, board of directors, and other interested members.  Discussion items included membership, current/recommended club service projects, and anticipated changes resulting from the Future Visions Plan of The Rotary Foundation. He also speculated on future district personnel needs to incorporate upcoming changes from Rotary International at the district and club levels.
