The March 6, 2020 meeting was jammed pack! The club received a number of thank you cards from students of Jackson Elementary. They thanked Rotary for volunteering at the I Heart Art Night. Greg of Exchange Club of Norman spoke about April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. Rotarians will post signs in the yards of their residence and business to inform the public about Child Abuse Prevention. Jessica of Center for Children and Families and Tara of Mary Abbott Children's House spoke about the signs of abuse and what to do if you suspect child abuse. Rotarians also collected food items to donate to the Norman High School Food Pantry, making sure students have enough to eat. Cross Timbers is busy putting service before self!
