The District Convention Committee is making plans to make this a memorable event in Lisbon for all district attendees. Remember, registration, hotels, and optional events/tours are on a first come first serve basis. NOTE: Pay particular attention to the "Hotel Registration" portion of the flyer as prior disseminated Sena Executive Hotel information has changed.

ROTARY INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION
You will want to arrive no later than June 22 and depart on June 27.
The Norman Rotary Club will participate in the closing session on June 26. If you are in attendance, you may become an honorary member ofthe Norman Club for that day.
Convention Registration: You can register for the Convention without registering for a hotel. To register and for more information go to the Rotary web site, www.rotary.org and click on the Rotary logo. Early registration ends Dec. 15.
HOTEL REGISTRATION: We would like as many as possible to stay at the same hotel. However, for this to happen, you will need to I"egister at the Sana Executive Hotel soon. The rate is 140 euros per night or approximate $180 (at today's exchange rate) pel" room. It is one ofthe lowest rates listed, so the hotel will fIll up quickly.
The Sana Executive Hotel is not on the list if you print out the form that requires you to mail your registration. If you register for a hotel online, then the hotel is listed; so please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to the Rotary website www.rotary.org
2. Click on the Lisbon Convention logo at the lower right hand corner
3. Once on the Convention page, scroll down to the section that says "Before You Go: and click on "Housing"
4. When the "Housing" page come us please click on "Reservations through 'Experient' and follow instructions. When you get to hotel availability, then scroll down to Sana Executive and click on the button.
If the hotel is not available, then still go the housing page and click on another hotel of your choice.
