NORMAN POLICE CHIEF HIGHLIGHTS MISSION AND VISION OF POLICE DEPARTMENT

Recently appointed Norman Police Chief Keith Humphrey points out parallels between the Norman Police values and mission statement and the Rotary Four Way Test during his presentation at the November 1st regular club meeting.

Chief Humphrey covered his law eneforcement background and policing philosophy of the Norman Police Department.  He emphasized community policing and noted the importance of partnering with residents and business rather than being a reactive police force.
