The Norman Cross Timbers Rotary Club is sponsoring an ART OF PEACE contest for middle and high school students in the Norman area. The contest will be held on Friday evening, February 11, 2022 at The Well in Norman.
Peace and Conflict Resolution is one of the Areas of Focus for Rotary, the world’s largest service organization, with over 1.2 million members in over 200 countries. The Norman Cross Timbers Rotary Club recently was designated as a Peacebuilder Club by the Rotary Action Group for Peace.
Students are invited to submit artwork that depicts what the student visualizes as peace in the school, neighborhood, community, state, country, or world.
